Paid advertising that answers to cost per enquiry.
Google Ads for the people already searching. Facebook and Instagram for the people you need to reach before they search. Budgets held tightly, creative kept compliant, and results reported in pounds — not clicks.
Search when they are looking, social when they are not
The two halves of paid advertising do different jobs, and treating them as one budget is how money gets wasted. Google Ads puts you in front of someone at the exact moment they type “home care near me” or “financial adviser in Bath” — high intent, measured to the penny. Facebook and Instagram reach the families, carers and clients of the future who are not searching yet — which makes them the stronger tools for recruitment campaigns and local reputation. We run both, but we will tell you plainly which one your money should meet first.

What managing your campaigns includes
- ·Campaign build from research — the searches your clients actually make, the audiences your carers actually sit in
- ·Ad copy and creative written in your voice and checked against your sector's rules before you approve it
- ·Conversion tracking configured honestly, so an “enquiry” means a person, not a page view
- ·Monthly budget management with a written cap — spend cannot drift without your say-so
- ·Landing page advice, because the best ad money is wasted on a page that loses the click
- ·A plain-English monthly report: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, and what we are changing
Advertising in regulated sectors is its own craft
An ad for a care provider is read by an anxious daughter; an ad for an advice firm is a financial promotion with rules attached; an ad for a law firm answers to the SRA's publicity requirements. We write for that reality from the first draft — claims substantiated, tone dignified, nothing that wins a click at the cost of your reputation. Every ad is approved by you in writing before it spends a penny.
Questions
Asked, answered plainly.
What advertising budget do we need?
Less than most agencies imply, but enough to learn from. For a single-territory care provider or a local firm, meaningful Google Ads results usually start from a few hundred pounds of monthly media spend. Media spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta — it never passes through us — and we agree a monthly cap in writing before anything runs.
Who handles compliance on the ads themselves?
We draft every ad with your sector's rules in mind — CQC sensitivities for care, financial promotions rules for advice firms, SRA publicity rules for solicitors — and nothing goes live without your written approval. Where a claim needs substantiating, we ask for the evidence before we write it, not after.
How do you measure whether the ads are working?
Cost per enquiry, and where you can share it, cost per client or placement won. Clicks and impressions appear in the appendix, not the headline. If a campaign cannot be honestly connected to enquiries, we say so and change it — or recommend stopping it.
Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram — which should we start with?
It depends on who you need to reach. Google captures people already searching — “home care near me”, “pension adviser in Bath” — so it usually earns its keep first for enquiries. Facebook and Instagram reach people who are not searching yet, which makes them the stronger tools for recruitment and local reputation. Most clients end up with a modest blend.
