For context
Five of the thirteen have a price tag elsewhere.
HR software, training records, compliance policies, transcription and writing checks come to about £369 a month for an office of thirty. The other eight tools have nothing comparable to buy at all, so today they are done by hand.

Asked, answered plainly.
Does the price change as we grow?
No. It is per office, not per person. An office of twelve Care Pros and an office of eighty pay the same £295, which is the opposite of how most of the tools we replace are priced.
What does the annual option actually save?
Twenty per cent. £236 a month instead of £295, billed once at £2,832 — £708 a year less than paying monthly. Same software either way.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting you up, importing from your existing exports and building your own document templates in are part of the price.
Are we tied in?
Monthly is a month’s notice. Annual runs for the year you have paid for. Either way your data is yours and we export it for you when you go.
Does this include the social media work?
No. Social media is a separate service with its own quote, because it depends how much you want published and how often. The £295 is the software, and it does not change whether you take the writing or not.
