Services — III
Community management with judgement.
Comments, messages and reviews handled promptly and with tact — including the difficult ones, which are the ones people remember.
The reply is the reputation
People judge an organisation less by what it posts than by how it responds. A thoughtful reply to a worried relative, a graceful answer to an unfair review, a quiet correction handled without drama — this is where trust is actually built, and where it is most easily lost.

Thinking about care for my father but he's very against the idea. Do you only do full days?
Wren & Willow Home Care Tuesday, 19:05
Thank you for asking, Susan — that hesitation is very common and nothing to worry about. We start from one hour a week if that suits him better. We have sent you a message so you can ask anything privately.
Review — 2 stars Thursday
Escalated to the registered manager with a drafted response before any public reply. Resolved by phone; review since updated by its author.
Illustrative examples of the standard we hold replies to.
Clear rules, agreed in advance
- ·Routine comments and enquiries answered the same working day, in your agreed voice
- ·Complaints, safeguarding matters and anything legal escalated to a named person before reply
- ·Reviews responded to within an agreed time, courteously, and never defensively
- ·A written log of every sensitive exchange, kept with your account records
Questions
Asked, answered plainly.
How quickly do you respond to comments and messages?
Routine comments and messages are handled the same working day. Anything sensitive — a complaint, a safeguarding concern, anything that touches an identifiable person — is escalated to you before any reply is made.
What happens with negative reviews?
We draft a measured, courteous response for your approval, and we never argue in public. A calm reply to an unfair review often does more for your reputation than a dozen good posts.
Do you monitor outside office hours?
We check channels each evening and over weekends for anything urgent, with an agreed escalation route to your on-call person. Full out-of-hours monitoring can be arranged where a client needs it.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
A half-hour call. We will listen, tell you honestly whether we can help, and put anything we propose in writing. No obligation, no follow-up campaign.
