Services
Four services, done properly.
A complete social media service for organisations that cannot afford a careless post — planned, written, approved by you, and accounted for in plain English.
I
Content & Publishing
Posts written, designed and published to an agreed calendar. Everything approved by you before it appears anywhere public.
About Content & PublishingII
Strategy & Voice
A written account of what your organisation sounds like in public, what it talks about, and what it will never say.
About Strategy & VoiceIII
Community & Response
Comments, messages and reviews handled promptly and with tact — including the difficult ones, which are the ones that matter.
About Community & ResponseIV
Reporting
A short monthly account of what went out, what it achieved and what we would change — written for directors, not marketers.
About ReportingV
Paid Advertising
Google, Facebook and Instagram campaigns with compliant creative and a written budget cap — measured in cost per enquiry, not clicks.
About Paid Advertising—
Not sure where to start?
Most clients arrive knowing something needs to change, not which of these it is. A half-hour conversation usually settles it.
Arrange a conversationHow they fit together
One service, in the right order.
Strategy comes first, because publishing without an agreed voice is how organisations get into trouble. Then a steady publishing rhythm, a watchful eye on every comment, and a monthly report that tells you the truth. Paid advertising joins once the foundations are earning their keep — never before.
01
Agree the voice
We write down how you sound, what you discuss and what stays private — before anything is published.
02
Publish and respond
Approved content goes out on schedule, and every reply is handled with the same care as the posts.
03
Account for it
Each month you receive a plain-English report and, when it matters, a phone call — not a dashboard.
Questions
Asked, answered plainly.
What does a social media service from Sterling cost?
Fees are agreed as a fixed monthly retainer, set out in writing before we begin, and reviewed once a year. Most clients engage us for the full service; the retainer depends on posting volume and the number of channels.
Which platforms do you manage?
Most of our work is on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, because that is where the audiences of care providers, advisers and law firms actually are. We will advise honestly if a platform is not worth your money.
Are we tied into a long contract?
No. We work on three months' notice after an initial three-month period. If we are not earning our fee, you should be free to say so and leave.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do — always. Accounts are registered to your organisation, and everything we write or design for you is yours to keep, whoever manages the channels in future.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
A half-hour call. We will listen, tell you honestly whether we can help, and put anything we propose in writing. No obligation, no follow-up campaign.
